General French classes
General French classes build onto each other. Each class has 32 hours of instructional time. Regular classes meet twice a week for eight weeks, two hours each time. Fast track classes meet twice a week for four weeks, 3.5 hours each time or once a week for four hours. Intensive classes meet four times a week for two weeks, four hours each time. Emphasis is on oral and written comprehension, production and interaction. A placement test is required for all prospective students who have studied French before.
Language Workshops
Language workshops start at CEF level A2 (100+ through 500+ levels). Workshops have a total of 16 instructional hours and meet once a week for two hours each time. Each workshop targets specific language skills, such as grammar, conversation, translation, and/or intercultural competencies, such as literature, news, business French, history, cinema, and art. Workshops are offered in Drop-In format with the French@Go-Go pass. A placement test is required for all prospective students who have studied French before.
