TEF AND TEFAQ CERTIFICATES
Dear candidates,
Thank you very much for your interest in taking the exam or a certification at Alliance Française of Washington DC. Regretfully, because of the current sanitary crisis, the AF of Washington DC must cancel all scheduled exams and certifications (except Test d’accès DAEFLE) until further notice. To help you locate another Exam Center in the USA and which exam is administrated, please click on the following link.
The Alliance Française is the only center in Washington that offers the TEF (Test d’Evaluation de Français) and its variants, the TEFAQ (Test d’évaluation de français adapté au Québec), the TEF Canada, and TEF ANF (pour accès à la nationalité française). The TEF is a widely recognized exam offered by the Paris Chamber of Commerce (CCIP) and serves as legitimate proof of fluency. The AFDC gives the electronic versions of these exams.
