Baguettes & Salade Niçoise: Cooking Demo with Le Chef's Wife

    Saturday 21st May 2022 — 3:00pm to 5:00pm

There can't be a better and healthier lunch in spring than a salad with a crusty baguette! Anina Belle is back to teach you all about making your own baguettes at home in an online demo. Her husband, French Chef Sébastien Giannini, will join to show one of his all-time favorite recipes from the French Riviera, salade niçoise (his secret is basil!).

You will be pleasantly surprised how easy and fun making baguettes at home can be. As Anina Belle says: "I can wake up on a Saturday morning at 7am and, with a few ingredients and minimal intervention, have fresh baked crusty artisinal baguettes on the table for the family by 9am. There is nothing better than putting crusty, hot baguettes out on the table with some butter and jam..." or have it accompany a salad! Join us for this online "Taste of France" event on Saturday, May 21.
