What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There will be limited valet parking. We encourage the use of taxi, Uber or Lyft.

What can I bring into the event?

Smart phone is fine but use is restricted in certain areas.

What's the refund policy?

This is a fundraising event. There will be no refunds.

Can I update my registration information?

If your guest changes or if you cannot attend anymore, please contact the Assistant to the Execuitve Director as soon as possible so she can coordinate with the event planner. Her email is: executive.assisatnt@francedc.org

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

No, we regret that this is not possible.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

You do not have to bring your ticket but will check your name at the entrance. Only guests listed to attend will be able to attend.
