Teacher's Corner

The Alliance Française is dedicated to the continuing support and education of its teachers and of French teachers in the DC area. Training seminars and workshops are offered throughout the year. In addition, the AFDC is proud to offer the DAEFLE language teaching diploma for current French teachers and/or those wishing to teach.

The AFDC is also available as a classroom resource, offering field trips and course programs for schools unable to provide their own French classes to students. Find out more about how you can incorporate foreign language exposure into your lesson plans here.
